Dental Support UK Ltd can provide the following services to assist practice teams to get the most from EXACT, which we believe will deliver a value adding service and provide an excellent return on investment.

In addition to ensuring the system is set up correctly, our trainers will hold one to one training with key staff and group training with other members of the practice team including dentists, nurses and receptionists according to the need at each site.

Training will be delivered to meet the highest standards of professionalism and each practice team will be asked for feedback to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our clients.

Software of Excellence Dental ExAct software incorporating a full knowledge of the software package and it’s installation and how best to use in today’s working practices.

Recall system review a review of a practice’s current system could easily provide a possible return of £1800 pm just from getting an additional 30 patients pm in for their recall appointments with 30% of those requiring further routine treatment.
Open COT - best practice system to chase up open courses of treatment (COT) could provide an additional income in excess of £1000 pm.
Chair Occupancy - best practice for FTAs and late cancellations
Allocated payments - Weekly check to aid end of month payments to associates. Additionally it helps to identify patient accounts and treatments that should have been charged through in surgery.
Quick Plans - Quick and easy charting of routine treatment plans saves both valuable time and money.
Custom Screens - Quick and easy charting of routine treatment notations saves both valuable time and money.
Watched Items - Easy identification of items of service such as last examination, last hygiene visit, x-rays taken, advice given such as dietary or cessation of smoking etc.
Weekly Accounts - Best practice to identify those patients who did not pay on the day and to get accounts out in a timely fashion whilst patient still aware that they haven’t paid. This increases turnover as it decreases the potential for bad debts.
Items of Service - Set up to suit the practice working systems to make charting in surgery an easier process.

Appointment Book - Review of appointment books and way in which appointments are made to ease pressure on Reception.

THE COSTS

The cost for this service is £520 per day plus VAT at prevailing rate. Travel expenses are chargeable at 40p per mile or standard rail fare. Accommodation, if appropriate, will be charged at the hotel’s rate up to a maximum of £100 per night including the London areas.
